I believe in the innate potential of the body to overcome physical limitations and achieve peak health. My mission is to empower people by addressing the root causes of pain and movement dysfunction, enabling them to live vibrant, pain-free, and energetic lives.

Body Balancing Method
When I was in my early twenties, I suffered an insidious foot injury that no doctor could explain. There was no answer except be in a walking boot for 6 months in hopes that it would heal. I quit college athletics, running, playing in order to keep the pain at bay.
I felt limited, confused, and sad.
"Movement is such a deep expression of my soul that felt ripped away without knowing why."
Over the years, I learned holistic approaches to treat the body, about nutrition and health. I was blessed to work with Physical Therapists who understood how to assess the whole system. And I became one of those PTs. I finally found more balance in my body. I changed all of my training to help myself move better and decrease chronic pain.
But my foot still hurt.
I wasn't listening to it.
I didn't hear what it had to say.
I didn't honor my body's signals.
"It wasn't until I had the help of several amazing energy healers that I understood the emotions my body was holding. Emotions that were leading to prolonged pain."
I finally had the guidance to free myself and move forward. I now relate to my body in a new way. After years of receiving this healing, I decided to learn it myself.
Integrating a whole-body approach to physical therapy with energy medicine has changed my life. I'm here to help my clients do the same.
